For Commercial Drone Inspections, We hold an FAA Certified unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilots License, and our aerial division utilizes the DJI Matrice 200 industrial level drone. This is the best equipment for the rigors of the pacific Northwest, as the drone is considered All-Weather, and can fly in the rain & snow, and up to an 18mph wind. These are typically conditions not advised to fly in for the preservation of the drone, and visibility purposes. But for when that job just has to be done, the drone is equipped with automatic anti-collision features, and automatic return to launch site should any connections be lost.
We walk every roof for attention to detail purposes, and to access rooftop appliances, but for high rise exterior cladding and other costly to access areas, we also utilizes the DJI Matrice 200 industrial level drone, and its compatible 30x Zoom camera. With the Matrice 200, and the zoom camera we can analyze building exteriors, and hover far enough away to not be affected by wind gusts, while still getting detailed Hi Resolutions video during your Commercial Property Inspection.
One of the main attributes to our commercial inspection drone division is the the exterior cladding of a multi-story building can be quite difficult to inspect, and can easily have physical deficiencies that are out of sight unless a time consuming, and costly swing stage is used, but with the Matrice 200, and the 30x zoom camera we can analyze building exteriors, and hover far enough away to not be affected by wind gusts, while still getting detailed Hi Resolutions video, and even additionally use the thermal camera to detect moisture intrusion from any cracking too small to visually detect. If the client is interested it will also show attributes, or detractions in heat loss, etc.
